The three-day twin expos showed tremendous response from trade industry visitors.
Largest response was received by Chinese and Iranian exhibitors as they signed several contracts regarding machinery supply to local entrepreneurs. Most of the machinery at stalls was labelled ‘sold out’.
A number of exhibitors were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of the three-day extravaganza. They said that this show was a result of many months of hard work by the law enforcing agencies’ to restore peace and maintain law and order in the commercial and industrial hub of the country.
Exhibitors and organisers hoped that if peace was maintained, the industrial and commercial sectors would surge in Karachi.
More than 100 companies from 25 different countries participated in the business to business event. Turkish Consul General in Karachi Murat Mustafa Onart also visited the venue and expressed his admiration at the number of visitors.
Iranian Consul General Murad Subhani too visited the Irani pavilion and was impressed with the exhibitors’ and organisers efforts.
Local and foreign visitors presented their latest technology, showcasing a varied product range from plastics processing, printing and packaging, including injection molding, slitting and winding.
