The actress also shared how negative rumours about her are a blessing in disguise.

Having become the highest paid actress in Bollywood with two back-to-back hits, Kangana Ranaut says she wants to enjoy motherhood at some point in her life but right now there is too much on her plate to think about it.

According to a report by Indian Express, Kangana Ranaut spoke about motherhood while she gave her stance on live-in relationships and marriage.

“I think live-in relations are overrated. People should be given their space. The way marriages are crumbling these days, I don’t have anything to say but I am looking forward to motherhood. I am 28 and my mother keeps saying, ‘Don’t you want a family or something’ and I tell her that may be at some point,” said the actress during the promotion of Katti Batti in Mumbai.

While actresses like Sushmita Sen and Raveena Tandon have already become mothers through adoption, Kangana doesn’t prefer being a mother through adoption, “I don’t think I will adopt. I would want to change diapers. It’s hard work and I would like to take that responsibility,” she said.

Professionally, Kangana is happy that success came to her late. She explained, “The best part of my success is that it came late. Had it happened when I was a teenager, I would have ended up like my character (in Katti Batti). At 28 you are balanced as a woman and that affects your perspective towards everything. So I am happy that I am tasting success now as I am more mature now. You wouldn’t want to wish for success when you are very young. It can be very hard to deal with.”

While we look at Kangana’s success, it is no secret that the Queen went through a lot of struggles and bore many a criticism. In an interview with NDTV, Kangana shared her vulnerable moments.

There were a lot of negative things being said about her that include rumours of her tantrums on the sets of Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon and getting too big for her stylish boots.

Kangana believes that all this negativity was a blessing in disguise: "I was just talking to Vishal about it. He told me just one thing, 'Ignore those people who are talking negative things about you. Shoot them down with your performance.' That gave me a lot of confidence. These negative statements work like a blessing in disguise. I won't deny that I get really affected by these things, but when I saw the support the team is showing, it has become special for me," explained the B-Town actress.

Today, ironically, she says her struggle is to brush away the unwanted attention and veiled negativity that fame has brought along with it.

And then she said with a sigh, "No matter what the struggle, it seems like my struggles are never-ending."
