After Humaima Malick and Mahira Khan, Momal Sheikh is set to make her mark in Bollywood. The Pakistani actress will soon be seen in Tanu Weds Manu director Aanad L Rai's next.

A source revealed that the makers of the film had discussed the script with renowned Pakistani actor and Momal's father -- Javed Sheikh when they were looking for a Pakistani actress to portray an "important" character in the upcoming film, reports Hindustan Times.

They instantly decided to cast Momal when they came to know about her.

“When Aanand and Mudassar Aziz (director) discussed the film’s script with Pakistani actor Javed Sheikh, who has acted in Bollywood films like Namastey London (2007) and Om Shanti Om (2007), they informed him that they were looking for a female actor for an important role in the movie," the source said.
