John's latest video in his gym will make you pump some iron.

John Abraham's latest motivational video Morning At The Gym on Facebook will beat your Monday blues as he takes you through his fitness routine.

The Bollywood actor known for his physique and intense gym regimen proves that he rigorously pumps some serious iron.

John revealed that his gym is his 'home', his 'temple', his 'mosque' and his 'church'. As a student of fitness, he advocated the importance of working out which is why he wanted to take his fans through a gym tour and introduce them to the equipment and his daily routine.



He further revealed that he is learning how to sculpt his body, and urged all his followers to make fitness a priority.

Addressing the body as a 'tool', John opted to provide his fans and followers the necessary information for functional and strength training exercises targeting different parts of the body.

In a continuation of the same video, John explained that it takes more than exercise to be in perfect shape. He emphasised on the importance of a healthy diet. He said he doesn't want to be a 'model', but a 'role model' for everyone.



John also showed how to lift since its important for core strength and shared the secret behind his beefed-up avatar saying that he doesn't cheat on his training and diet.
