Attock attack: LEAs told to expedite investigation

LAHORE: Terrorists responsible for the attack in Attock in which Col (retd) Shuja Khanzada was killed will be brought to justice, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said while presiding over a meeting on Sunday. The meeting was called to review progress on the investigation into the suicide attack. Sharif urged law enforcement agencies to expedite efforts to arrest those behind the attack and said Khanzada’s sacrifice must not be in vain. Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah, the police inspector general, and the home secretary attended the meeting.
