Better luck next time: 57% students fail SSC Part I exam
This year, 251,641 students sat the exam and only 106,385 of them passed it

Over 57 per cent of grade 9 students who appeared for their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) part I examinations this year have failed the exam. Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced the results of SSC part I examination on Friday, in which only 42.28 per cent students had passed. This year, 251,641 students sat the exam and only 106,385 of them passed it. Students can check their results on the board’s website or they can send their roll number in a text message to 80029.
