Every child has at least once in his life been asked what he wants to become when he grows up and while some pick the usual, teacher, doctor or scientist, some children come up with the most mind blowing answers. Little did they know, some of those jobs actually exist.

Here is a list of 10 jobs around the world you probably didn't know existed:

1) Professional stand-in-liner

Be it a sale or the new iPhone, with Narabiyas (Japanese for stand-in-liners) around, you never have to wait in long queues as these freelancers are more than happy to do it for you.

Seems like the perfect job for that nosy neighbour down the street!

3) Wedding guest

In Japan, a part-time wedding guest job means you have to attend a wedding pretending to be a friend or relative of the bride or groom and just celebrate with them. Don't be shocked when you find out the parents of the bride or groom are fake as well.

4) Luxury bed tester

Certainly the perfect definition of a 'dream' job. Roisin Madigan, 22, has to spend hours between 10am and 6pm to sleep in designer beds every day for a month. Guess how much she gets paid? £1,000.

If you ever figure out how these people land up with such ridiculously amazing jobs, please let us know too.

8) Paper towel sniffer

Paper towel sniffers have to ensure the towels don't smell bad before, during or after they have been used. We might need a puke cleaner here.

9) Professional mourner

This one has to be the best. For all those fake people out there, we are glad to tell you, you finally have a job!

Rich but lonely? Don't worry, just leave a few thousands behind and have as many people as you want to come over and mourn for you.

10) Island caretaker

Not only are all of your expenses paid for, but you also get to take care of Hamilton Island in the Great Barrier Reef, northeastern Australia. Sadly though, it only lasts six months and it pays £52,000.
