Strange logic: Books set on fire in Lower Dir

We are well aware of the shortage of books in the district

TIMERGARA: The Lower Dir education department allegedly set hundreds of books on fire at Lower Dir Education Complex in Balambat on Thursday. An official contended the books were fresh texts books of Islamiat, Arabic, Math and Pakistan Studies. However, focal person concerned Muhammad Riaz said, “We are well aware of the shortage of books in the district.” He said the books were outdated and were burnt to make room in the office.
