ISLAMABAD:

Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Pervaiz Rashid on Saturday said instead of giving an example of China in Vehari district, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan should set a practical example and precedent by eradicating poverty in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, where his party is in power.

The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI)’s government has miserably failed to bring any positive change in the lives of people in general and the farmers in particular, in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, he said in a statement.

The minister asked as to what changes Imran had brought in the lives of K-P farmers. “Why did he not pay the amount to the farmers which the federal government had given as royalty for electricity to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa?” he asked. He advised the PTI chief to shun his negative politics of blaming others.
