
“No one has written any such letter and it might be an error of judgment or a technical error,” Sattar told reporters outside the National Assembly building and requested them to avoid any further discussion on the matter.

However, a senior party leader, on the condition of anonymity, told The Express Tribune that the MQM has written a letter to 55 diplomats, including Indian High Commissioner TCA Raghawan.
“Our workers are being arrested and India should raise its voice for missing MQM activists,” the contents of the letter read.
Meanwhile, Sattar added that political parties should stop labeling political opponents as ‘traitors’.
The MQM leader went on to reiterate party chief Altaf Hussain’s statement that “they were ‘not against army, Rangers or any political party’.
