It was midnight by the time he had finished seeing the film and the recording studio was not open, but Salman decided to record the song the same night. So the recordist was called, studio opened and the acoustic version of the song was wrapped up over the next five hours.
Salman then treated everyone to breakfast as he was extremely happy with the song that has now become his favourite in the album.
Apart from lending his voice, the superstar might also feature in the music video of the song, The Stateman reported.
The full version of the song is expected to release on August 7. The film, produced by Salman Khan Films, is slated to hit screens on September 11.
