With 85 offices and more than 8,000 employees worldwide, Leo Burnett is part of the Publicis Groupe, the world’s third largest communications group, according to a press release.
Although Leo Burnett has been present in Pakistan for quite sometime, by partnering with Adcom, it is trying re-energise its focus in the Pakistani market for its multinational clients.
Commenting on the newly-signed contract with Adcom, chairman and CEO of Leo Burnett Asia Pacific Jarek Ziebinski said he sees a lot of potential for growth in this relationship. "Leo Burnett’s global expertise in integrated communication combined with Adcom’s deep understanding of the Pakistani consumer can become a powerful force for Pakistan’s communication industry," Ziebinski added.
Imran Syed, CEO of Adcom, speaking at the occasion said communicating with the increasingly ‘digitally-connected’ Pakistani consumer requires newer ways of developing integrated solutions.
“We aim to make Adcom as much an agency of the future as it is about a legendary past,” Imran hoped adding that “through this relationship with Leo Burnett, we look forward to training opportunities, global learnings and expertise, especially in the integrated space. It will further strengthen our service proposition”.
Adcom was founded in 1965 by the late SM Akhlaq.
For media related services in Pakistan, Adcom already represents ZenithOptimedia, also part of the Publicis Groupe.
