More flood: 25 houses swept away in Chitral

CHITRAL:

A recent spate of floods destroyed PTDC motels, Chitral Scouts Officers Mess, Government High School Bumboret and several other establishments along with 25 houses in Ayun union council of Chitral. However, no loss of life was reported.

Link bridges, except for the one in Ayun, have been swept away. As a result, the road which connected two opposite sides of the area was completely destroyed. Furthermore, a shortage of food and relief items has also been witnessed in some parts of the district.
