Over Dispute: Four injured in shoot-out

Police registered a case and started investigation

MINGORA: Four people were injured in a shoot-out, over the construction of a road in Khwaza Khela area of Swat district on Saturday. An official of Khwaza Khela police informed Zakarya Khan, a resident of Mashko Mai, filed a case against the construction of a small road near his house. A confrontation over the matter led to a brawl between two groups, leaving Khan, Sharafat Ali, Alamdad and Qaiser injured. They were rushed to Saidu Teaching Hospital. The accused Sher Shah, Zahir Shah, Watan Zeb and Akhtar Zeb managed to escape unchallenged. Police registered a case and started investigation.
