Ali Kazmi | 9 years ago | Reply Very well done.. great job.. claps like a monkey.. well, we as a nation love adventures don't we and actually we have no idea what food safety is and what we are eating neither does PFA I guess. I would like to know if the high ranking officials of PFA are even food technologists? And what are their standard operating procedures?. Sealing and fining restaurants without any awareness campaign is like slapping someone without telling them the reason. Without implementations and awareness of SOPs there can be no accountability. Is there a warning and follow up system in place or is it just an official bhatta?. Why does PFA in the first place gives food license to people without their basic training hand handing them over their SOP book?. What's even more rediculous is people praising those police muqabla pics posted by PFA. I've even heard that Madam Ayesha mumtaz the lead PFA official was admin of badami bagh bus stand? Would be hilarious if true. My request to the chief minister is to please put the right people in the right places. Train people and then hold them accountable. Rather all you will be able to do is to seal some poor man's stall for a few days stop his only earning and then he will be repeating some other food related mistake.
