HYDERABAD:

As the drought continues for the third consecutive year in Tharparkar, the mortality of children and new-borns also appears unabated. With three more deaths reported from Civil Hospital, Mithi, on Friday, this year’s unofficial death toll has reached 163 in six-and-a-half months.
