RAWALPINDI: The city traffic police have set up special complaint cells at public transport terminals in Rawalpindi to check overcharging by transporters during the ongoing Eid rush. Chief Traffic Officer SSP Shoaib Khurram Janbaz said citizens should register complaints at the cells against owners of public transport for overcharging. Citizens can also register their complaints by calling the traffic police at 051-9272616 and 1915. The SSP has vowed on-the-spot action against transporters found overcharging commuters before and on Eid. The complaint cells have been set up at bus terminals of Ghausia Travels, Kainat Travels, Pir Wadhai Adda, and Swan Adda and wardens have been posted there.
