RISALPUR: The body of a student was found from the Kalpani nullah in Risalpur where he drowned while swimming three days ago. Mansoor was a student of class 10 and had gone to the nullah to get some respite from the heat. However, he slipped towards the deep end and drowned. Locals tried to rescue him but he ultimately disappeared underwater. Although locals have been warned by the administration, people still go to swim in canals, causing many casualties.
