Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhary Muhammad Tariq Javed on Wednesday sentenced a man to death and gave life terms to two others. The fourth accused was given the benefit of doubt and acquitted.
Muhammad Nadeem was found guilty of killing his brother-in-law Khalid Javed in 2011 with help from his brother, Muhammad Shabbir, and sister, Nazia Bibi, wife of the deceased. Their fourth sibling was given the benefit of doubt and acquitted.
