KHAIRPUR: A resident of Mubarak Kalhoro Benazir village, along with her mother Chattan and brother Rajab, held a protest against her husband for accusing her of dishonouring his name. Protesting at Khairpur Press Club, she said that her husband, Ibadat Ali, made false accusations and attempted to kill her. She added that a local landlord had sentenced her to death in an ‘honor killing’ and had registered fake cases of dacoit against her father, Mazhar Ali, her disabled brother, Rajab, and Barkat Ali, the man her husband made accusations about regarding her honour.
