KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court on Wednesday sought details of the Axact-owned vehicles that the company claimed had been seized by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

The SHC heard petition filed by the company accused of running a diploma mill in which it claimed that the FIA was confiscating its vehicles and several had been seized.

However, the investigating agency negated the company’s claim, submitting a report to the court. Deputy Attorney General Salman Talibuddin, who represented the FIA, stated that no vehicle was impounded and the plaintiff’s claim was false.

After listening to the reply, the SHC judge, Nadeem Akhtar, asked the Axact attorney to submit a complete list of the vehicles his client claimed were taken away by the FIA till June 25.
