
Ads have a certain influence on the buying decisions of the masses. Big corporations are more than willing to pay absurdly exorbitant sums for ads because they are sure that the influx of revenue would keep escalating. TV commercials in particular have usurped all other media of advertisement.
Twitteratis are convinced that advertisers do not seem to think twice before succumbing to the temptation of over-dramatising their brands and often end up making a laughing-stock out of themselves. It has clearly become a fashion of m-ad-ness.
