PATNA: After Pakistan flags were unfurled in Indian Kashmir yet again, the Chief Minister of Bihar state has questioned India Prime Minister Narendra Modi's silence.

While referring to Modi’s ‘lack of courage’ on Saturday, Nitish Kumar asked "what had happened to his [Modi's] 56-inch chest."

"The person who had boasted of having 56-inch chest is in power in Delhi when flags of ISIS and Pakistan are being hoisted in Jammu and Kashmir. What happened to his 56-inch chest? What happened to the person who used to utter such tall talks?" Kumar said.

In January 2014, Modi had said that it required a 56-inch chest person to build a place like Gujarat.

In addition to raising concerns over the reported raising of the flags in at least two places in Kashmir, Kumar also charged the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of compromising on the ideology of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee by forming a coalition government in the valley with the Peoples’ Democratic Party.

By the way, it would be worthwhile to read your own Constitution once in a while, specially Article 370; where.. by your own Constitution, HINDU-stanis cannot Own, Procure, Buy, any Land, House, Business, property and or have any Rights whatsoever to acquire any Assets in J&K. It also states that Hindu-stan is just a Caretaker of J&K for time being till plebiscite is held for people of J&K to decide their own fate. I am not saying it belongs to Pakistan, but it is for sure, does not belong to Hindu-stan. Also, please read the UN resolution which is signed by your PM Jawaharla Nehru and his Cabinet which endorses Article 370 of your Constitution. Be happy of what you occupy, dont disturb its balance, as if Article 370 is withdrawn then defacto Hindus-tan will become Occupier of J&K instead of being a Caretaker. Then believe you me, J&K will for sure be the center of dispute then Pak, China, USS, Russia, CIS states et al, will stake their claim on independent J&K, and then... your Atoot Ang songs will become mourning tunes. So, let it be, status quo is the necessity of the time; do not rock the boat as it may tilt over.
