Opportunities: TEVTA Skills Expo starts on 13th

LAHORE:

Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif will inaugurate TEVTA Skills Expo at Expo Centre on Saturday (tomorrow).

“The two-day event aims to promote the spirit of competition among those with technical skills,” Technical Education and Vocational Authority (Tevta) chairperson Irfan Qaiser Shaikh said on Thursday. He was addressing a meeting that reviewed arrangements made for the expo. Chief Operating Officer Jawad Ahmed Qureshi was also present. Shaikh said the TEVTA had been helping people it trained get jobs. He said human resource officials from national and multinational companies would interview candidates during the expo. “A number of TEVTA students will display their projects on the occasion,” he said.
