
Sharjeel Vickey opened the scoring in the 37th minute against SSGC as Army led 1-0 at the interval. Army continued to dominate when Muhammad Ikram doubled the lead in the 58th minute and was soon followed by Muhammad Imran who scored nine minutes later. Abdul Rehman offered no solace for SSGC as he scored in the 90th minute after Sabir Khan’s consolation five minutes earlier.
With the win, Army replaced Karachi Electricity Supply Corporation at second spot with Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) having already won the league. KRL climbed to third as Mehmood Khan and Kalimullah scored a goal each against HBL.
In another match, Wapda defeated National Bank of Pakistan 3-1.
