Environment day: CDA to arrange walk on June 5

ISLAMABAD:

The Environment Wing of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finalised arrangements for celebrating World Environment Day 2015 on the directives of chairman CDA Maroof Afzal. World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5 every year around the world to highlight the importance of the healthier environment and to defuse the ill effects of climatic changes. An awareness walk and cleanliness campaign would also be held at Rose and Jasmine Garden.
