Saad | 13 years ago | Reply The fact that girls these days are independent. They are educated, self-reliant and capable of making a living; infact support whole families. By this, in no way i mean that girls are responsible. But these are infact the most contributory factors to the increased divorce rates. Gone are the days when men could walk over their wives under the presumption that they r the bread earners.. life without them is impossible for their wives. On the other hand, the women are no longer succumbed by their husbands courtesy the independence they now have available. Time has changed but mentality for most hasn;t and this contributes to arguments and thus divorce. By my reckoning, both genders are responsible and even if one is sensible enuf to realize this, they will try to keep the wheel rolling but obviously this no longer remains a solitary obligation in life...!!
