Aasna Bibi, 26 who allegedly killed her boyfriend is in three days physical remand

ISLAMABAD: The police have obtained three-day physical remand of a woman who allegedly killed her boyfriend, said a police official. The Margalla police on Saturday produced Aasna Bibi, 26, before the area magistrate and obtained three-day physical remand, said Mumtaz Baig, the investigation officer of the case. On May 28, the woman was arrested for killing her boyfriend, Pakistan Air Force Airman Bilal Safdar. He had allegedly refused to marry her despite a long relationship. Police sources said they had been in a relationship for four years and Aasna wanted him to propose, but he was delaying popping the question. The IO said the police will investigate and that she had been sent to the women police station.
