The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) plans to set up seven new FM radio stations at four of its regional headquarters to help students.


This was announced by AIOU VC Dr Shahid Siddiqui while addressing a workshop titled ‘Community Radio for Learning’ on Monday. He also underlined the importance of radio broadcasting in the educational pursuit and reformation of society.
