The Metro Bus Service will remain operational till midnight on match days to let people visiting Gaddafi Stadium to watch the match use the facility to return home, Metro Bus Service General Manager (Operations) Muhammad Uzair Shah said on Sunday.


He said the decision was taken on directives of the provincial government to facilitate people visiting Gaddafi Stadium to watch cricket matches between Pakistan and Zimbabwe.

Shah said under the new schedule the last bus would leave Gajju Matta and Shahdar Mor stops at 1030pm.

He said as many as six buses would at Gaddafi Stadium stop where they would stay till midnight. Three each will leave for Gajju Matta stop and Shahdara Mor at midnight, he added.

He said in routine metro bus service ended at 10pm everyday.
