Jinnah super market: One parking plaza almost complete

Parking plaza will be opened for parking sometime next week

ISLAMABAD: Construction work on the Southern Parking Plaza in Jinnah Super Market by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is almost complete and the plaza will be opened for parking sometime next week. According to a CDA official, construction work on the northern side was in progress, adding that more parking plazas would also be constructed in other main markets of the city to address parking issues of residents. He said the parking plazas were being constructed on the southern and northern sides of F-7 Markaz with an area of 4,200 and 3,307 square yards respectively. The southern site would have a parking capacity of 213 cars, while the northern site would have a parking capacity of 227 cars, the official added. Both parking plazas are being constructed at a cost of Rs289.064 million, he shared.
