Swindling: Four arrested for posing as anti-corruption workers

He said they were harassing citizens

The Anti-Corruption Department on Friday claimed to have arrested four men in Toba Tek Singh found extorting money from people by pretending to be the department employees. Circle Officer Ashfaq Rasool told The Express Tribune that the department had received a number of complaints against  four men.

He said they were harassing citizens and threatening to lodge corruption cases against them. He said Pir Mehal police had raided a house and arrested them from Sandhilianwali.He said the men confessed to swindling.
