Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Friday that was hoping for good news for his party as the election tribunal reviews the NA-122, Express News reported.

Addressing a rally in Multan ahead of by-polls scheduled for May 21, the PTI chief said that “this is a very interesting case,” adding that after downing a ‘wicket’ in NA-125, there would be good news for the party in NA-122 as well.

Recalling his four month long protest outside the parliament, Imran said that recently teachers and officials from different departments of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) had camped outside his house in Bani Gala for two months. He said that he never drove them away and in the end heard their demands and a deal was brokered between K-P government and the aggrieved officials.

“Can anyone stage a sit-in outside Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s house?”

Urging people of Multan to vote for PTI’s candidate, Imran said “You need to show PML-N that they have not fulfilled their promises.”

Imran further alleged that the PML-N led government was neglecting the needs of the people, and instead of improving health and education system in the province, the Punjab government was "wasting" billions on building Metro bus projects.

Arman Zain | 9 years ago | Reply Someone should let Imran khan know it is 2015 and it has been almost 2 year since election. It is about time to get started preparing for next election in 2018 rather then crying over 2013. He is just complicating the process and proving himself a sour loser. Some one please convey to him get a life and focus on KPK. If his govt deliver in KPK he may also win premiership.
