Working boundary killing: Pakistan lodges protest over shooting

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Saturday lodged a protest with the Indian High Commission in Islamabad over the killing of an unarmed Pakistani civilian by the Border Security Force in the Shakargarh sector of the working boundary. The Foreign Office summoned the first secretary of the Indian High Commission to strongly condemn the action taken by BSF troops. In its protest note, it called upon India to respect the lives of civilians and refrain from provocation.
