Federal Ombudsman (Wafaqi Mohtasib) has included a report of Express Investigation Cell (EIC) in its Annual Report-2014.
The investigation cell’s story "Reaching out; Mohtasib to address public complaints at their door-step," was published on March 17, 2014, in Daily Express and The Express Tribune.
The clippings of the report both in English and Urdu were published on Pages 96 and 110 of the Ombudsman Annual report which was recently presented to President Mamnoon Hussain by Federal Ombudsman Salman Faruqui.
Meanwhile, senior advisor on law at the Wafaqi Mohtasib’s Secretariat Ahsaan Khokhar appreciated efforts of EIC in highlighting public issues related with Wafaqi Mohtasib and hoped that Express Media Group will continue its contribution to support Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat in resolving public complaints.
