‘Funds discrimination’: NCSW supports women MNAs
The commission urged the government to revisit its decision and allocate development funds to women parliamentarians.

ISLAMABAD:
The National Commission on the Status of Women took note of recent developments in Parliament and the walkout staged by women legislators on denial of development funds.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the commission said “NCSW views this demand as legitimate as women members are entitled to equal status as their male counterparts.
The commission urged the government to revisit its decision and allocate development funds to women parliamentarians.
