Mysterious murder: Policeman’s body found

The officer said the policeman was meditating in the jungle

ISLAMABAD: The body of a policeman was found in the capital’s outskirts on Wednesday morning, said a police official. The deceased was identified as Shadab Shah, deputed in the wireless control room at Aabpara Police Station. Investigation officer of the case Shaukat Ali said the body was found near Kayani road, close to the residence of a former Senate chairman. The officer said the policeman was meditating in the jungle and an unidentified man killed him with a 30-bore pistol. The policeman had been shot thrice in the head and chest. Police have registered a case.
