In memorium: Urdu manuscript curator passes away
He said served as curator of Urdu collections
LAHORE:
Qazi Mahmudul Haq, curator of Urdu Manuscripts at the British Library, passed away on April 11 while on a visit to Lahore. He was well known to the community of South Asian scholars and librarians. He said served as curator of Urdu collections, first at the British Museum and then at the British Library, for nearly 50 years.
