Focus on improvement: UAF training promises skilled farmers

FAISALABAD: The 7th five-day Indigenous on-campus training has concluded at University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) here Saturday. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan chaired the concluding session of the training arranged by the Office of Research Innovation Commercialisation (ORIC), UAF as an initiative of Higher Education Commission, was aimed at sharpening staff’s management and administrative skills. Speaking on the occasion, Khan said that the UAF was making all-out efforts to flourish the agriculture sector with trained manpower and research. He said that UAF has paced up its outreach programme to transport the knowledge at the doorsteps of the farming community.
