Tremors Felt: Earthquake jolts Swat Valley

MINGORA: An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale jolted parts of Swat Valley on Thursday morning. According to the meteorological department, tremors of mild intensity were also experienced in Buner, Chitral and Malakand. The epicentre of the quake was in the Pak-Afghan border region and its depth was recorded at 112 kilometres. No loss of life or property was reported till the filing of this report.
