ISLAMABAD:
Eminent tax expert Shabbar Zaidi said on Monday that the government should exempt all food items from the reformed general sales tax (RGST) as these items are of daily use.
Talking to the media, he said apprehensions of the allied parties, opposition and traders regarding RGST and raise in the prices of food items should be met with positive assurance by the government.
