Driving up a storm: Snow jeep rally concludes in Swat

Former nazim of Kalam, Said Khan was the chief guest at the event.

The fourth annual Snow Jeep Rally concluded at Shahi Ground in Kalam Valley, Swat on Sunday. The event was organised by K-P Sports, Tourism, Archaeology and Youth Affairs department in collaboration with the Frontier Four-Wheel Club.


According to a press release issued by Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) on Monday, 25 different vehicles participated in the rally from across the country, and an 800-metre track was set up at the ground for the purpose.

Former nazim of Kalam, Said Khan was the chief guest at the event.

Shahnawaz Khan from K-P won the rally, while Muhammad Zeb and Asad Sethi clinched second and third positions, respectively. Zulfiqar Khan was given the jeep of the event award.

Speaking on the occasion, former Kalam nazim Said Khan said such events would promote peace and tourism in the country, particularly in terror-affected K-P.
