Video footage has emerged of the brutal attack on the 18-year-old, which was watched by a jeering crowd of around 1,000 people.
Ibo Cha was dragged in the Meluri village, stripped, strung up with rope and beaten for an hour before dying of his injuries.

The video shows men taking turns attacking him and a 'ring-leader' appears to stop them from killing him too quickly.
IG Nagaland Wabang Jamir said unlike the previous incident, Cha had not been arrested and the villagers took the law into their own hands.
Authorities have registered three FIRs for the murder of the alleged rapist with investigation still continuing.
The body of the 11-year-old girl was found in a forest about a kilometre away from Meluri in September and soon tension mounted in the area.
Eventually, crowds gathered to find the murderer and rapist. But when Ibo Cha – who was also the victim's neighbour – fled, he became their prime suspect.
He soon succumbed to his injuries and his body was abandoned till the police arrived on the scene.
The video was shot in September but came to light today.
