Public health: Team formed for medicine purchase

FAISALABAD: A Health Department committee was constituted on Wednesday for purchase and distribution of medicines for the basic health units (BHUs) in the district. The decision was taken in a meeting to review the performance of the district’s BHUs.  District Coordination Officer Noorul Amin Mengal, who was chairing the meeting, directed the officials to monitor the BHUs for missing facilities and buildings needing repairs.
