Inadequate security : Cafés fined in F-11

ISLAMABAD: Two upscale cafes in F-11, Markaz were fined during surprise checking by Shalimar Assistant Commissioner Nisha Ishtiaque. The official fined Gloria Jean’s and Coffee Planet Rs10,000 each for inadequate private security. ICT Administration spokesperson on Monday said the owners had been directed to ensure adequate security arrangements under the Shops, Establishments Private Security Ordinance 2001, failing which further action would be taken.
