The movie titled Quaidi no 210 based on Salman’s inmate number is set to go on the floors today. The Bollywood actor spent 72 hours behind the bars as he was charged under the Wildlife Protection Act for allegedly poaching a black buck in Rajasthan in 1998.

The film will start shooting in the Filmistan studio in Mumbai on Monday and will also move to Jodhpur for its next shoot.
Speaking about the film director Ranjeet Sharma said, "I've signed Salman's driver, Harish Dhulani, and we will be using the same Gypsy he drove during the shikaar."
Mahesh Saini, who had shared a cell with Salman during his prison term will also debut in the film and play himself.
"I'm a resident of Jodhpur, my paperwork is in order and I've taken all the necessary permissions. We will be shooting the courtroom scene on February 25, the day Salman's verdict is expected," Ranjeet said, when asked the hurdles he might face while shooting the film, according to boxofficecapsule.com.
Regarding seeking permission from the actor for the film, the director said, "It's not a biopic so I don't need his permission. Usmaan Khan who looks a lot like Salman will play him. I'll be signing two newcomers to play Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif. I love Salman. The film will not portray him in a bad light.”
