Right of way?: Dead man booked for injuring Rangers
Two of them suffered leg fractures, the police said
A man who died in an accident with a patrolling Rangers vehicle, was booked for hurting four officials on Kashmir Highway, said a press release on Friday. The Aabpara police registered a case against the deceased, Muhammad Zahid, a resident of University Town, Peshawar, on the complaint of the injured officials. According to details, Zahid was driving his car (RC-412) on Kashmir Highway when he hit a Ranger mobile taking a U-turn outside Pakistan Sports Complex. Zahid died on the spot, while four Ranger officials, identified as Muhammad Riaz, Alauddin, Sohail Khan and Jamil Khan, sustained injuries. Two of them suffered leg fractures, the police said.
