ISLAMABAD: The directorate of municipal administration has carried out an operation against illegally installed signboards in the city. Special teams took part in the operation in various sectors of the city and removed 70 billboards, said a press release issued on Thursday. The signboards were removed from Park Road, Centaurus Complex and Sector E-11. CDA officials along with a magistrate and Islamabad Police will also launch an operation against signboards installed on rooftops of buildings.
