Police on Monday refused to allow a newly formed Muslim political grouping to hold a conference in Pune. Instead, the grouping was advised by the police to organise the public meeting in an enclosed hall.
The All India Majlis-e-Ittahadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is the newest Muslim group which surpassed all expectations in the recent state elections in Maharashtra.
Earlier, Golibar Maidan in Pune was being allotted for the public conference, titled ‘Muslim Arakshan Parishad’, scheduled to be held on February 4. The gathering was believed to be addressed by the AIMIM president and MP Asaduddin Owaisi.
It is still not clear what the AIMIM conference was meant to address. But rather than cause disaffection in Pune, the district administration opted to cancel the AIMIM meeting though under pressure from the local political groups including the Shiv Sena. It is entirely unsurprising that when the AIMIM tried to hold a meeting in communally-charged Pune in the state of Maharashtra, the state government refused the permission to it.

Owaisi spreads hatred and spits venom and bring in communal dishormany. He is similar to some of the Illiterate Mullas who misguide muslims and bring in disrepute to Islam.

Here is another bit of detail which should bother any Pakistani. The cream of the Muslim society is being absorbed back into the native Dharmas by way of inter-marriages. In three generations memories of an Islamic past will recede completely in favour of a generic Indian/Dharmic identity.
He's given closed hall as option and not open ground because they make hate speech against other communties. The author needs to know the facts before reporting. The chief of MIM was not allowed to talk in Pune due to fear of his communal speech which disturbs a peace loving city. Just check on the internet the speeches of this leader.

Not new- MIM has been in existence since 1927. It has held the Hyderabad(India) seat since 1984.
Neither did it surpass expectations: It won a paltry 2 seats out of 288 in Maharashtra.
