
Alam stars again for NBP
Fawad Alam scored yet another century as NBP took control of their match against Sialkot. Alam was supported by Rashid Riaz (75) and Qaiser Abbas (49) as Sialkot bowlers toiled.
Naved runs through Pindi
Wapda were left reeling at 28 for five in reply to Rawalpindi’s 249 despite Rana Navedul Hasan wrecking the hosts with seven wickets for 97. Mufti top-scored with 76 and the total now looks a tall order for Wapda.
Mehmood stars for HBL
It was a day of discards in Islamabad as well with Azhar Mehmood grabbing a five-wicket haul to restrict the hosts to 184 in the first-innings. Imad Wasim scored 76 but Mehmood ensured HBL were able to call it their day. In reply, the tourists had reached 64 for three.
Bowlers star in Okara
PIA restricted Multan to 220 as Kamran Sajid (four for 40) and Najaf Shah (three for 40) imposed themselves on the proceedings. PIA lost two wickets in reply but managed to score 25 before stumps were called.
Honours even in Faisalabad
Asad Ali and Imran Khalid managed seven wickets between them to bowl out Faisalabad for 220. With only one over possible before close, the visitors managed to score four without losing any wickets.
